Instructions

  1. Click "Lessons" on the menu to view the list of available lessons. On this "Lessons" page, a list of all available lessons is displayed along your scores so far.
  2. Select a lesson by clicking on the lesson's title.
  3. Read the lesson contents. You may navigate through the lesson's pages with the "Previous" and "Next" tags located at the top of the page. Read the material there and complete any interactive elements you come across.
  4. Answer the exercise questions. Throughout the test there may be exercises for you to complete. Answer them as best you can, and then click the "Grade Page" button on that page. THE PAGE IS NOT GRADED UNTIL YOU CLICK THE BUTTON. You may change your mind and change your answers anytime before you click the "Grade Page" button. You do not need to answer all the questions before grading the page. You may answer some of them, click the "Grade Page" button, and then finish the page later. The questions can be answered in any order. Questions can not be repeated until the lesson is completed.
  5. After you grade the page, your updated score will be displayed at in the blue dialog box. The correct answers to the questions will be displayed, sometimes along with elaborations on the answers.
  6. Once you have completed the lesson (in whatever order you take the exercises) the blue dialog box will display your final score, and give you the option of repeating the lesson to try for a higher score, or proceeding to the next lesson. You may repeat a lesson as many times are your wish, but your score is only recorded if it is better than your previous highest score. (You score can only improve.)
  7. At any time if you have to quit the lesson, a "bookmark" is placed so that you return to exactly where you left off. Your scores are always saved, there is no "Save" button. However, if you leave an exercise half-answered and do not click the "Grade Page" button, your answers will not be recorded.

Reporting your scores to your agency

You may wish to inform your manager when you have completed the lesson, so that they may review your progress.
